Wedding present cuppies

Orang kawin sekarang ni dah tak ikut musim cuti sekolah dah. Asal weekend jer, ada wedding, weekend jer ada wedding.. Ye lah, yang kawin bukan budak-budak sekolah ye tak? Well, bagus juga every ada wedding ni, makan nasi mnyak tiap-tiap minggu. Tapi, pastikan tahap kolesterol kita jugak tauuu.. Jangan terover sudahhhh..

 Bila nak pergi wedding kawan-kawan tu, kadang2 dah tak ada idea nak bagi hadiah apa, sooo.. apa kata bagi cupcake sebagai tana ingatan. Dah ramai sangat dah bagi pinggan mangkuk, periuk belanga, cerek letrik, etc etc.. Cuppies ni boleh la dimakan oleh pengantin sama-sama kat dalam bilik... hehe.. conteng-conteng muka, suap-suap.. lepas tuuu Ngappp!! laa.. ehhh ngap cuppies tau bukan orang!! Jangan nakal-nakal!! :P

 So, apa lagi.. dah beli hadiah kawan untuk wedding minggu depan?? Minggu depan cuti sekolah tauuu... Kalau susah-susah sangat tempah aje cuppies dengan Marocupcake. Dijamin tak pening kepala anda!!

Cookie monsters cupcakes

This cuppies is a repeat order by my friend, Sala, for her friend's birthday party today, 2nd March. 24 pieces of cookie monster cuppies in blue and red (supposedly Elmo) eating oreo and chipsmore.

They are chocolate cakes topped with buttercream as the monsters' hair. For the eyes, I use fondant and choc chips for the pupils. And of course oreos and chipsmores supposedly eaten by the monsters.

Red velvet birthday cake for Aina

 Last Tuesday, 22nd Feb, was Aina's 11th birthday, and for that she requested a red velvet cake to celebrate it. It tasted very good with frosting and quite easy to make. 

We had fried rice with KFC and the cake, of course, for dinner. Here's some photos to remember the occassion.

For the cake, I topped it with frosting, edible image and sprinkle chocolate rice around the sides. Pipe some roses on top and at the sides and glitter it with silver balls then put 2 candles to mark 11 yrs old.







To Aina, be a good girl, a good daughter and a good person.Everything that happens, happens for a reason. Be a good example to your siblings, friends and everyone around you.

Here's the inside of the cake..look how velvety the texture and how yummy it looks.. I can still taste the richness, creaminess and yumminess on my tounge.

Birthday cake - Thomas & Friends

Birthday cake for my friend's son's 5th birthday celebration with his kindy friends. Chocolate cake layered with buttercream in the middle and topped with buttercream on top and sides. Sprinkled with chocolate rice and coloured sprinkle. At the side, I add some sour jelly just to enhance the colour, and it tasted good too!
  
This cake weighs around 2 kg and delivered to Shah Alam.

Edible image can be changed to any character, or your own photos. You name it, you got it!

Mini cuppies assorted

Couple of weeks ago I got a call from Ms Rozita asking about cupcakes for door gift. I didn't quite catch whom she got my number from. Turned out that she works in MAS too.

Last week she called to order some mini cuppies set. A mixture of chocolate, vanilla butter, strawberry and orange flavors. 

Thanks Rozita for the order. The other 2 sets will be coming next week as promised. :D
