Red velvet birthday cake for Aina

 Last Tuesday, 22nd Feb, was Aina's 11th birthday, and for that she requested a red velvet cake to celebrate it. It tasted very good with frosting and quite easy to make. 

We had fried rice with KFC and the cake, of course, for dinner. Here's some photos to remember the occassion.

For the cake, I topped it with frosting, edible image and sprinkle chocolate rice around the sides. Pipe some roses on top and at the sides and glitter it with silver balls then put 2 candles to mark 11 yrs old.







To Aina, be a good girl, a good daughter and a good person.Everything that happens, happens for a reason. Be a good example to your siblings, friends and everyone around you.

Here's the inside of the cake..look how velvety the texture and how yummy it looks.. I can still taste the richness, creaminess and yumminess on my tounge.

Birthday cake - Thomas & Friends

Birthday cake for my friend's son's 5th birthday celebration with his kindy friends. Chocolate cake layered with buttercream in the middle and topped with buttercream on top and sides. Sprinkled with chocolate rice and coloured sprinkle. At the side, I add some sour jelly just to enhance the colour, and it tasted good too!
  
This cake weighs around 2 kg and delivered to Shah Alam.

Edible image can be changed to any character, or your own photos. You name it, you got it!

Couple of weeks ago I got a call from Ms Rozita asking about cupcakes for door gift. I didn't quite catch whom she got my number from. Turned out that she works in MAS too.

Last week she called to order some mini cuppies set. A mixture of chocolate, vanilla butter, strawberry and orange flavors. 

Thanks Rozita for the order. The other 2 sets will be coming next week as promised. :D

Cute birthday cupcake - Froggie

Cupcake pink and green, ordered by Eisya, my friend, Sala's younger sister. No specific theme, only she asked for cute froggie.. errrr.. hope my version of froggies are cute enough hehehe.. though they might lok a bit 'sad', but they are actually in love and that look of sadness is actually "stim".. hahhaha...

The cakes are for celebrating her 23rd birthday on 9th February. Happy birthday to u Eisya, hope you enjoy your day and the cakes with friends and families :).


For this cupcake I decorated it with stars and loves to match the cute froggie design. Topped with a bit of gold balls, and for the frogs' eyes I used marshmallow cut into half.

Eisya, thanks for the order. As the saying goes, Tell your friends if you like it, Tell it to me if you don't (Kalau suka bagitau kawan, tak suka bagitau saya). Hehehehe...

Birthday chocolate cake with buttercream

 Hari Sabtu baru ni, family abang wa datang berkunjung ke teratak kediaman kami sekeluarga sempena raya cina and cuti sekolah. Since buah limau yang ada kat umah pun agak masam-masam kelat, tak tau le kenapa tahun ni punya limau banyak yang masam, and kitorang pun tak beli kuih bulan, wa masak la kek untuk deme sekeluarga. Elokla pulak besday abang wa 2 ari sebelum tu, on 3r February.

Ada la jugak saya masak lasagna roti, resepi yang kak biras saye bagi dan dah berkali2 saya masak. Memang lazat dan menggiurkan. Gambar tak letak le pulak, sebab fokusnyer ialah kek birthday ni. Kalau rajin nanti wa upload gambar lasagna tu pulak. Kek ni wa salut ngan buttercream, pastu letak bunga ros 6 kuntum, kecik beso, kasi daun2. Kat love tu letak chocolate rice sikit (taknak pun takpe). Kelilingnya wa touch up ngan buttercream and top ngan silver ball. Anak buah saye kejenya mengutip dan meratah silver ball tu, katenyer sedap.
     

Lepas nyanyi2 lagu happy birthday, abang wa pun dengan senyum simpulnyer hehehe potong la kek. Kitorang tepuk tangan.. yeayyy boleh makan. Muka yang kat sebelah kek tu ialah muka anaknya.. bukan ayahnya..

Ni la dier, chocolate kek 2 kg dengan buttercream. Minum dengan kopi pun sodappp..

Cuppies corak bunga-bungaan V2

25 cuppies ni ordered by Sala, my schoolmate and dormmate masa kat SMSD dulu. Cuppies ni untuk birthay kawan dier esok. Design tak di"specify" oleh Sala pun, so since saya nak membanyakkan design bunga-bungaan, I take this opportunity untuk buat design ni yer Sala. Hope you and your friends like it.

Kalau suke boleh la repeat order next time yer.. TQ dearie..

Goody bag untuk kenduri kawin, baby shower, etc

Masa pindah-pindah barang dari rumah lama, banyak la pulak barang2 yang disimpan lama. Ada sesetengah tu beli tapi tak pakai pun. Termasuk la goody bag yang dibeli untuk kenduri kawin, majlis khatam Quran dll. Dah beli terlebih, yang tak pakai ni simpan je, elok dalam plastik lagi.

Daripada biar je dalam almari, baik jugak kalau jual. So, pada yang nak buat kenduri kawin tu and nak beli goody bag, bolehla beli dengan saya. Ada dalam 400 keping sumer sekali. Sepeket ada 10 keping

Sepeket (10 keping ) = RM3.50
3 peket (30 keping) = RM10

Kalau nak beli campur2, saye jual RM0.45 sekeping. Nak view boleh datang rumah la. Tengok2, pilih2 dulu.  Kalau nak beli semua saya kira harga diskaun, 400 keping RM115.

KH Kopi - khasiat herba dari hutan

Kepada yang bermasalah sakit kencing manis, darah tinggi, batu karang, ghout, migrain, batuk berkahak, susah berpeluh tu, atau ada ibu bapa yang berpenyakit macam tu, boleh cuba amalkan minum KH Kopi ni. Namanyer aje kopi, tapi sebenarnyer tak kopi pun. Sebab ramai client2 saya yang tanya ni kopi ke, ada yang takleh minum kopi nanti pening etc,etc, so takyah risau sebab takde sebijik kopi pun dalam dier..

Rasanyer agak kelat2 manis, kalau dah biasa minum cam saya nak lebihkan sikit sukatan sebab dah biasa and rase sedap. Tapi insyaallah sangat mujarab dalam membantu merawat penyakit2 yang disebutkan di atas ni.

Cubalah sebotol dulu, tak rugi pun. RM30 jer sebotol termasuk kos penghantaran.

Nak order bank in dulu wang ke akaun saya (Maybank 164360-599526 - Madhalina Sahbudin), informkan melalui SMS dengan ref no transaction and penghantaran akan dibuat melalui poslaju keesokan hari (hari bekerja). Kalau area KL/Selangor tu, boleh jumpe terus la and bayar COD je.

So far dah ramai yang minum kopi ni dan terus amalkan. Cubalah, tak cuba tak tau. :D

CNY Chocolate cake coated with ganache and topped with strawberry and cherry

Ofismate husband tersayang nan seorang ni dah jadi regular customer wa.. dari cupcake ke cheese cake ke choc cake dier dah order.. berkali2.. Alhamdulillah la diorang suke , kan.. Hehehe..

Kali ni for CNY dier order choc cake nak fully coat ngan ganache. Chocolate and more chocolate.. lazat lazat lazat..yummy.. kat atas ganache tu saya topped ngan stoberi and cherries yang merah menyala Almaklumlah, Chinese New Year kan sinonim dengan warna merah.

Cuppies corak bunga-bungaan

TQ sis Zahariah yang order cuppies ni untuk bawak balik kampung di Ganu.. lama jugak saya tak menjengah ke sana. Last skali pun agak ader 5 tahun lepas kut masa member kawin di KT.

Zahariah order 80 cuppies and design terpulang pada saya. Harap Zahariah suke yer dengan corak dan rasenyer.

Ada 58 corak bunga, 20 dengan edible image and lagi 2 saye salutkan chocolate ganache atas kek. Saje nak bagi rasa lain2 topping. Ada rezeki boleh repeat order lagi, kan Zahariah? Hehehe...

So..kalau ada yang bekenan and terasa nak makan cupcake tapi malas nak masak (alaaa biasa la, kalau hari2 keje mane larat kan), order jer dengan saya. Trime kaseyyy...
